Let’s experiment together – We will create samples with local plants to build our plant and fiber knowledge.
I will have prepared cotton fabric using the soya bean and rust mordant methods – Bring notepad – process will be shared and we will document our findings to develop future projects..
While we wait for the bundling process to steam/boil we can play with my printed and dyed fabric – patch up old clothes, start small projects, paint with pH modifiers. So many FUN ideas to play with.
You can also bring your own material and we can discuss ways to experiment.
